Leslie Imse is the K-12 Music Chair of the Farmington Public Schools, Farmington, Connecticut, and this year's Connecticut Arts Administrator of the Year. Ms. Imse has worked for the Connecticut State Department of Education in curriculum and leadership programs, and she is on the COVID Task Force for the Performing Arts. She has written numerous arts education-focused articles and is passionate about creating opportunities for students to thrive in music education by creating partnerships with community organizations.
