Subscribe to ArtsEd

ArtsEd is the listserv of the Arts Education Partnership. ArtsEd hosts discussions and communications for the Arts Education Partnership which demonstrates and promotes the essential role of arts education in enabling all students to succeed in school, life and work. Subscription is open to anyone with email access. However, you must send a message to the moderator who will finalize your subscription. To subscribe follow instructions below.

To Subscribe:
Send an e-mail to aep@ccsso.org. In the body of the message enter: "Subscribe ArtsEd Your Name."

To Post a Message:
Address a new e-mail message to: ArtsEd@lists.ccsso.org (announcements sent to aep@ccsso.org will NOT be posted -- only messages sent to ArtsEd@lists.ccsso.org can be approved for distribution). Indicate the subject of your message and enter the text exactly as you would like it to appear. Please do not include graphics or attach files as many accounts will consider them to be spam. All messages posted to the list are moderated by the Partnership staff. The moderator will approve or decline messages and post on your behalf.

Tips:
In order to ensure that your response goes directly to an individual's message, remember to copy and paste the specific e-mail address of the person you wish to contact into the address field, rather than hitting “reply to sender” since that will send your response back to the moderator for distribution to the entire listserv. The moderator will not post such messages.

When setting your out of office message, we advise you to choose “reply to sender” (NOT “reply to all”) when setting up a rule in your personal account. This will help avoid multiple messages sent through the server.

To Unsubscribe:
To be removed from the list, send an e-mail to aep@ccsso.org (You must send the e-mail from the account subscribed.) In the body of the message enter: "Unsubscribe ArtsEd Your Name."
